Because Sony wants it to be like that. Exclusive high-quality games like Uncharted, Horizon Zero Dawn, etc lure people towards PS over Xbox. In developed countries, there are a lot of people who own a PC as well as a console. Such people usually just buy PS for their exclusive games.
