Add an ad account in Business Manager. Steps to add an ad account in Business Manager: Go to Business Settings. Click Accounts from the left side menu. Then, click Ad Accounts. There are 3 ways to add an ad account to your Business Manager. Go to Business Settings. Click Accounts and click Ad Accounts. On the right side of the page, click Add New Ad Accounts.
