Thankfully, Instagram keeps a history of all the ads you have clicked from Stories and your feed. You can see all recently viewed ads on Instagram right in the mobile app. The steps are slightly different based on your platform of choice (iPhone or Android). We will cover both options below.

In fact, it’s really easy to find ads you've interacted with in the past — all you have to do is go to your “Settings” on mobile, scroll down to “Ads,” and then tap "Ad Activity."

Under the “Links” tab, you’ll find every link that you’ve ever clicked on Instagram in reverse chronological order. You can tap any web page to revisit it. If you want to hide a link from the “Your Activity” section, you can long-press it and select “Hide.”

In addition to viewing the active ads on that account, you will also be able to see the following: Date Joined: This is the date the account was created. This helps people understand how long the account has been on Instagram. Country: This is the country location based on the account's activity.

Method 1of 2:Finding the Ads You've Interacted With. Open Instagram. This app icon looks like a camera icon over a rainbow background that you can find on your Home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching. Tap your profile icon or profile picture. This is generally in the bottom right corner of your screen. Tap ☰.

And then when you go to another site (say Instagram), the ads of those very books tracked by the cookie are repeatedly shown to you as a reminder to make the purchase.

And at the very bottom, you can look at "ads interests", which reveals what Instagram thinks you like – and therefore shows you ads around.

Start by tapping on the menu icon in the top right corner of your Instagram profile, and then click on “Insights” tab, which will open the analytics for your business profile. Once you open your Insights, you’ll be able to find a ton of metrics and analytics for your posts, stories, audience demographics, and website clicks:

You can see what Instagram thinks you're interested in by going into the app's deeper settings options. The list of interests is, of course, related to ads and ad data.
