Most companies issue marketing materials, which their partners, sellers, and press can make use of. Contact their marketing folks and check. Just because you can access an image for free doesn’t mean you’re free to reuse it in your TpT resources. It’s important to know whether the person who owns that image allows folks to use it, and what uses they allow. The key is to make sure that you have the right to use anything you include in your resources.

Even if your web designer was the one who uploaded the image to your practice website, you’re still accountable for the content on your website. Ideally, your website provider/designer will understand and abide by copyright law, but if they knowingly or unknowingly use images that violate copyright law, your practice is ultimately on the hook if a creator sues for copyright infringement.
